We are growing and seeking a Clinical Supervisor to help support, guide, and develop our team of dedicated clinicians.
Position Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor provides oversight, guidance, and mentorship to a team of licensed therapists and pre-licensed clinicians. This role ensures clinical excellence, supports ethical and compliant practices, and fosters a culture of professional growth and collaboration. The Clinical Supervisor also carries a caseload of their own clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to associate-level or newly licensed therapists (individual and/or group).
- Support clinical staff with complex cases, risk management, and best practices in therapeutic interventions.
- Review and monitor clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes for compliance and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain a strong clinical program and uphold the practice’s values and standards.
- Provide onboarding support and mentorship for new hires.
- Offer ongoing training, feedback, and development opportunities for staff.
- Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and occasional emergency response coordination.
- Maintain a small client caseload
- Ensure therapists are following ethical guidelines and state licensing requirements.
- Sign off on psychotherapy notes daily (EHR)
Qualifications:
- Must be a fully licensed LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 5 years post-licensure clinical experience (supervisory experience preferred).
- Approved clinical supervisor designation in PA or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to model ethical decision-making, professionalism, and clinical integrity.
- Passion for mentorship, team-building, and high-quality care.
