Position Overview
We are seeking an associate licensed therapist (LAPC or LAPC eligible) to provide individual, family, and/or group counseling for children, adolescents, and their families in our Emmaus offices, under guided supervision provided by our lead clinical supervisor, working toward your full licensure. The ideal candidate is relational, organized, and eager to be part of a supportive, growth-minded clinical community.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy to clients within your scope of practice
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant documentation in our EHR system
- Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers as clinically appropriate
- Attend weekly supervision and maintain all documentation.
- Attend team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions
- Participate in community outreach and marketing events as desired
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Current Pennsylvania LAPC, or currently LAPC eligible
- Experience and passion for working with children and/or adolescents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, reliability, and teamwork abilities
- Strong desire to collaborate with our team, contribute to practice values, and share ideas for practice growth & innovation to best serve our clients.
